Fixer! Needs TLC, Handyman Special, Pre-rehab opportunity! This house is being sold "as-is" and preference will be given to offers who have seen the house in person and completed their due diligence prior to submitting. Seller will review offers on Tuesday 11/3. It looks like this house had a fire in the garage a few years ago and has been partially repaired. Any permits that were pulled have expired. The garage and the main floor have been stripped of drywall, and upstairs the ceiling drywall has been removed. Some stucco work has been completed, but may need to be fixed. It looks like there is a new air handler and ductwork, but the exterior HVAC unit appears original. No water heater is on site. All drywall and other construction materials, and really anything else in the house will convey to the new buyer at no cost, with no warranty or guarantees of any kind. The power meter is still installed, but the gas meter is missing. Plumbing and electrical appear to be intact. Buyer to verify all as these are just my observations from walking through it. Enter at your own risk as this is a construction site. Bring a flashlight, the garage is pretty dark.
